HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer Standard Worldwide Shipping at a flat rate of $15 per order.

 

CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at orders@weareekam.com within 24 hours of placing your order, we will not be able to make changes beyond that point.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Hong Kong, and are usually delivered within 4-7 working days

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

 

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, an email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.

 

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

Ekam uses various services based on what is most time and cost effective at the given time. We only use trusted courier services that provide tracking numbers.

 

IS SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?

A signature is required upon receipt of goods.  Please make sure you or someone is available to receive the package.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that ekam does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by ekam, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

 

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?

 

If you are not happy with your ekam products, we are more than happy to help you exchange it for other merchandise or store credit that you can use later. Given we’re a small business, at this point were not able to process refunds, but we are working to incorporate this asap!

You have 21 days after the product reaches you to request an exchange. The item/s must be in original condition with tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Please get in touch with us at orders@weareekam.com to process a return, and we’ll be more than happy to help.

 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR AN EXCHANGE?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All products you wish to exchange will be sent to our HQ in Hong Kong. We will provide you with the address once you request a return on orders@weareekam.com.

You are responsible for the shipping charges to send the products of exchange back to us. ekam will cover the shipping charge to send the exchanged items back to you.
